Rentals w/ Option To Buy
- Most pianos in my inventory are available for rental, with the option to buy.
- For pianos costing $2000. or less, the monthly rental fee is $40. per month.
The following rental policy applies to all rental pianos:
Lessee to pay 6 months rental fees and round trip moving fees* in advance. *50% of the moving fees will be applied to purchase price at the end of the lease. The piano will arrive in tune and in good condition.
After 6 months, the piano must be tuned by Frank Davis at lessee's expense. At this time all rental fees will be applied to the purchase price, or the piano can be rented for an additional 6 months, to be paid in advance.
Option to Buy: Lessee may deduct 6 month's rental fee from the selling price. Lessee shall pay balance at the end of the rental period.
Lessee is responsible for damage to cabinet and piano mechanism due to abuse.
If a decision is made to purchase a different piano from my inventory, the Rental fee is transferable. The cost to move the pianos is additional.
